 · Any area 16 -30 mile radius  $50.00

 · Over 30 miles - $75 and up

GENERAL NOTARY WORK

· Acknowledgements - $5 first signature, $2 for each additional

· ​Administering oath or affirmation (per individual taking oath or affirmation) - $5

· Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures) - $5

· Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature) - $5

· Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy) - $5

· Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument (per page) - $3

FOR LENDERS, ESCROW, TITLE COMPANIES LOAN PACKAGES

· "Local" In-Escrow-Office Loan Signing - $150 *Loan Package*

· Travel to your destination- Loan Signing- $175 *Loan Package*

· *Travel Fees are included in Loan Package

· FedEx / UPS dropoff – included for Loan Package customer with travel

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

The following do not include $5 per signature fee

 

•  Local Jails - 1 hour alloted - $100 

• Airport Emergency Notarization $125 to $150 

• After hours Hospital Visitation $100

 

    

 

      

 

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONSIDER

 

· All signing parties will be required to present valid proof of identification.

· For Legal reasons it is important for signatories to fully understand the agreement they are signing.

· If there will be need for witnesses, please ensure that they are available before we arrive.

· Notary mobile traveling fee isn’t part of the fee for notarization. It is merely a traveling fee.
